Ordering Policy

1. Total your order and add $7 for postage, packaging & insurance, orders over $750 add 1% of the total order. Add an additional $1 per roll, or per hundred coins for grab bags, due to extra volume and weight.

2. Ten day return privilege.

3. All items are guaranteed genuine, with no time limit provided items remain in unhampered with holders.

4. Inventory is held at our bank until ordered. To protect both buyer and seller, orders must be in writing through regular mail, by email, or through our online order system. Fill the form below to reserve your order with your computer.

5. Personal checks welcomed, but please allow two weeks for check clearance. Money orders or cashier's checks are faster and are usually processed within a week to ten days of receipt. We usually have a week to two week back-log of orders, but all orders are processed as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received.

6. Dealers in California, provide tax resale number for no sales tax. All other California residents are subject to 9.75% sales tax on purchases under $1,500. There is a 10% restocking fee for canceled orders, returns or lay-a-ways, regardless of cause or reason, as coins on reserved are held back from sales to other customers and costs us in loss sales and interest.
